Property has no reception and guests arriving before 16:00 may leave their luggage in the agency office: Colombet Immobilier, 11 Rue de le Vieille Intendance, 34000 Montpellier, France. Please contact the property in advance in order to arrange payment and organise an appointment for key collection. Please note that a contract will have to be signed at the agency for the rental.
The service charge includes the bed linen, towels and cleaning fees.
Please note that a EUR 500 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the studio during your stay and will be returned upon your departure. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Colombet Stay's - Rue Cope Cambes in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
